First-Month Gaurantee
If fewer than 3 quote visits are booked through LeadCatcher in your first 30 paid days, we refund 100% of that month's fee. No deductions.
Counts: a quote visit booked by the LeadCatcher voice assistant or in a LeadCatcher text conversation that appears in your calendar.
Conditions: (1) LeadCatcher is live for the full 30 days (call forwarding on, forms and email forwarding connected as agreed); (2) you approve the scripts within 2 business days; (3) at least 10 new enquiries come through LeadCatcher in that period. Days between 19 Dec and 26 Jan don't count towards the 30.
How to claim: email us within 14 days after day 30. We'll send the booking report and refund within 7 days.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Questions asked
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Only the calls you don’t answer forward to your LeadCatcher number. Turn it off any time with your carrier’s cancel code.
Is it AI?
Yes. The phone assistant is AI and says so on every call. It follow sa script you approve and never quotes prices. The texts are fixed wording you approve. A person reads every call summary and handles anything off-script.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, and callers are told at the start. Recordings are kept 30 days for quality checks, then deleted.
I use ServiceM8.
Good. We book visits straight into your ServiceM8 schedule, and we’ll switch on its own quote follow-up for you at no charge.
What does call forwarding cost me?
It depends on your phone plan. Many unlimited plans include it. We’ll check yours with you before we set it up.
Who sees my customers’ details?
Only us and the providers that run the service, only for your enquiries. Calls are processed by our voice provideroverseas. Everything is deleted 30 days after you leave. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can customers opt out?
Yes. Every first text says “Reply STOP to opt out”, and a STOP is actioned straight away.
